Andrew was the first agent to respond to our request when we were looking to purchase an investment property in East Albury. We found him to be thorough, efficient and reasonable. We listed through Tim Nichols (with team backup) and were very happy with the attention to detail and personalised selling process from first listing to unconditional sale. Paul provided invaluable assistance in preparation and maintenance of our house's selling condition. Tim has been fantastic over the last 12 months through some particularly challenging circumstances. Very patient and communicative through out the whole process. Surprisingly honest for a real estate agent 😉 who always gave me sound and frank advice - if I had actually listened, I could have sold months earlier. Very attentive to details and appeared to be able to read the buyers well and strike up a good relationship to get the sale over the line. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to buy or sell!
