This move helped Directors Cliff Drummond and Peter Drummond achieve their objective of establishing a central city office with a high profile.

Ash was very professional and helpful throughout the whole process of buying our house and kept us informed every step of the way. Working with Rion from Drummond Real Estate to sell our house was a dream. We approached him in the earlier days of only contemplating a sale and he stayed in contact with us from there. Only every so often getting in contact to say hi and see how things were going. So for us he was always going to be who we would sell our home through. His candidness, great nature and professionalism were such a welcomed approach for such an big moment in our lives. He took us through all aspects of what would work in our favour when sale time came and it was such a welcome relief in the decision making process to have that knowledge. Not to mention his patience with us. It took us a while to finally give the green light and he did an amazing job. Many thanks to Drummond Real Estate team and Lisa and Ash who worked tirelessly to find a Buyer for my property, (during the Covid 19 pandemic) which presented a more challenging time for selling with difficulties for some Buyer's to travel from various areas .Lisa listed my property with not only great enthusiasm, but an obvious and genuine appreciation of it's features, renovation, character, age and appeal. The marketing write up and photo's were excellent, I couldn't have been happier with them.Lisa's communication, by phone, e-mail and face to face and her negotition skills are exemplary. About 2 years ago when it was necessary for us to sell our beautiful home of 45 years, we invited several real estate agents to come and give their appraisal and plan as to how best to sell our property.Ash Humbert came as a representative of Drummond Real Estate. We were very impressed with his proposal.The plan proposed proved very successful. It sold fairly quickly at a good price.Se when we decided to sell our investment unit we contacted Ash again. As we no longer live in Albury we left everything in his hands, even liaising with the tenant.Once again everything went smoothly and it sold quickly. We sold a house through Drummond as we hadn't had a good experience with Ray White and noticed Drummond had been selling a lot of properties in the area. Rion was great, very responsive and transparent about the possibilities for a sale and the most likely price. We achieved a relatively quick sale and are happy with the result. I will use Drummond in the future for a property sale if the opportunity arises.

I couldn’t be more satisfied with the result - we sold the 25 yo home for a great price despite putting it on the market at Christmas, dealing with the effects of the horrific summer bushfires (heavy smoke) and a global pandemic (which he managed to sell the house in the middle of)!Throughout the process Rion was always available and ready to chat, patient, had some great ideas but was very tuned in to what I had to say (I felt we were on the same wavelength the whole time) and really empathetic to our situation, which meant the world to us.I can speak for both of us when I say we will 100% be using Drummond and Rion in future - we would be silly not to!
